Infra Technology Specialist - IBM WebSphereLocation:Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid)In this role, you will:Overall 5-7 years of experience managing Middleware technologies, including WebSphere, Apache, Tomcat.Troubleshoot and provide L1 & L2 support for defects assigned in test environments until closure.Communicate issues and escalations to stakeholders in a timely manner according to agreed frequency.Analyze recurring issue patterns and implement permanent fixes using effective problem-management methodology.Determine transparent root cause and develop a corrective action plan to resolve problems.Perform problem-management process, retrospectives, and prepare analysis on areas for service improvements.Maintain technical documentation such as run books, feature guides, flows,
