Express SRG is recruiting a HSE Manager for a manufacturing client in the London area. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager; this role is responsible for all safety operations for the growing manufacturing facility. This is for an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities (Not limited to:)

Lead all Health & Safety programs for the plant, ensuring full compliance with OHSA, government regulations, and corporate policy.

Oversee incident investigations, workplace audits, inspections, and act as the Management Certified member and Co-Chair of the JHSC while interfacing with regulatory agencies.

Manage ISO 14001 environmental programs, audits, hazardous waste compliance, and environmental reporting to senior leadership.

Drive continuous improvement by analyzing incidents and near-misses, managing Behaviour-Based Safety,



and supporting corporate CIP initiatives.

Deliver and maintain all EHS training programs, monthly safety talks, new‑hire orientation, and ensure accurate training documentation.

Communicate safety metrics, lead safety talks, support management review meetings, and ensure timely reporting of corporate and plant safety data.

Requirements:

3 plus years of HSE experience from manufacturing

CRSP certification would be ideal; ISO 14001 experience an asset
