We are recruiting an experiencedQuality Analyst Pilot - Intermediateto join our team to support our client in the automotive industry.NOTEOnsite 100% in Windsor, OntarioMust be willing and able to travel to the USA, without restrictions, effective on the start dateValid driver's license is required as well as a clean driving recordRESPONSIBILITIESWorking with the Body, Chassis, Interior (BCI) Quality Team to ensure all project quality targets are met, managing launch timelines & deliverables and ensuring the transition to quality volume productionResponsible for quality convergence, deploying quality management tools for the qualification of incoming parts and assembliesResponsible for issue Root Cause AnalysisUpdates supplier compliance dashboard and leads quality reviews, prioritizes supplier compliance actions consistent with expected vehicle qualityProposes pilots for issue resolutionResponsible for escalation process based on the BCI business criteria for parts and assembliesLeads coaching for the strategic suppliers on the execution of complaint process and issue resolutionEnsures root cause analysis and manages change requests to guarantee 100% quality at launchManage correlation of measurements to KPIs and ensure data integrityREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (materials/ chemical/ aerospace from an accredited University)Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive areas of Product Engineering, Manufacturing,
