Your ContributionAs a Maintenance Facilities and Security Manager reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible to coordinate and manage the operational activities, programs, functions, services, and budget for manufacturing assets and facilities maintenance including technical and cost/benefit justification.This Role Is Responsible ToManage preventative maintenance and repair costs for facility equipmentAnalyze manufacturing efficiency issues and conduct problem solving corrective actionPlan for current and future facility expansion/modification and ensure activities are successfully implementedSupport Manufacturing staff in product launch activities (MOP, Service Agreements, Facility Requirements).Efficiently use necessary spare parts and budget requirements and ensure appropriate stock levels.Organize, coordinate, and lead the maintenance activities in support of the Plant Operations, including production equipment and plant Support Emergency Planning/Contingency Plan.Budget for Maintenance department expenses (e.G. labor, O/T & stockroom items)Administer environment and waste management controls, in accordance with planned ISO-14001 procedures and work instructions.Oversee physical Security for employees and property protectionsManage Facility Security as well as confidentiality of documents and informationSupport and review of security related incidentsAid in record keeping and investigations as neededConduct periodic physical security compliance checks of the facilityDevelop Emergency Planning/Contingency PlanningYour Experience & QualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or universityStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsExperienced with SAP 4/HANAKnowledge of the IATF 16949 standard as applicable to the position.Minimum 5 years leadership experience with a solid background in Production and Preventative MaintenanceWorking knowledge of Plastics Manufacturing Process and production toolingOur OfferingWe will provide a collaborative environment working on exciting assignments, along with ongoing personal & career development opportunities.
