Summary The Boutique Assistant supports an exceptional, hospitality-led client experience at Cartier’s Vancouver boutique. This temporary role assists with client appointments, boutique presentation, daily operations, and service requests.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients and support their journey through appointment preparation, product presentation, and sales finalization.
Manage boutique traffic, appointment tools, phone inquiries, and client service requests.
Maintain boutique presentation, replenish supplies, organize client service areas, and assist with opening and closing.
Follow security and operational procedures and collaborate with boutique colleagues.
Requirements
Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is an asset.
Solid computer skills and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge is preferred.
Excellent organization, communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, regularly bend or kneel, climb stairs, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.
