You will be responsible for updating and implementing care plans, managing medication, and providing educational support to residents and families. Key Responsibilities:



• Implement and evaluate resident care plans • Coordinate care assignments for nursing staff • Document medication administration according to standards • Help manage emergency responses and resident changes • Promote health education among residents and families

Requirements: • Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse • Experience in a senior's care environment preferred • Solid communication and clinical skills required • Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid necessary • Up-to-date Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
