Support operations at True North Sports + Entertainment as an Ice Crew Team Member at the hockey for all centre. Maintain arena safety and cleanliness for all visitors.
As an Ice Crew Team Member, you will play a critical role in the maintenance and upkeep of the hockey for all centre. This includes ensuring that every room is clean before groups arrive and carrying out routine maintenance tasks. Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills are key qualities for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of benches and floors in arenas
• Assist with mopping and sweeping as necessary
• Ensure rooms are properly prepared for user groups
• Help maintain the external grounds and parking lot
• Participate in ice resurfacing activities when required
Requirements:
• Robust team collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Highly attentive to detail in maintenance tasks
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transport necessary, as location is not on a transit route
• Must be 17 years or older
