This full-time position is perfect for individuals with robust analytical skills and a passion for operations management. As a CI Manager, you will need a Master’s degree and at least five years of experience in facility management or analytics. You will implement effective CI strategies and be a key influencer across teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assessments and strategize improvement plans
• Evaluate plant performance and reliability
• Direct DVM efforts within the facility
• Analyze manufacturing costs and streamline processes
• Promote Lean Manufacturing principles and coaching
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Operations Management required
• 5+ years in relevant MRO or industrial roles
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• Familiarity with Process Mining and Power BI
• English fluency for cross-functional communication
