Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and produce roman-style pizzas following authentic recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
• Adhere to portion sizes and quality expectations
• Collaborate with Sales Associates and engage with customers
• Achieve mastery across different pizza production shifts
Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in kitchen production
• Positive time management and work ethic
• Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
• Experience with pizza ovens and mixers
