You will manage best-in-class Manufacturing assessment and transformation projects, use advanced analytics to drive cost reductions and performance improvement, and lead technology transformations with clients. You will cultivate and manage relationships at the client leadership level, identify sales opportunities, and lead the development of proposals to improve client supply chain performance. You will also coach and develop practice staff and participate in firm recruitment events.About the teamThe Deloitte Supply Chain & Network Operations Consulting practice is the largest in the Canadian market, part of the largest consulting firm in the world. We work with clients from virtually every industry to improve business performance and create competitive advantage.



Our work involves developing innovative recommendations, presenting findings to senior executives, and evolving these into strategic roadmaps and detailed project plans for execution. We collaborate with clients through implementation to realize the vision.Enough about us, let’s talk about youHas 6+ years of manufacturing-related industry or consulting experience in areas such as industrial engineering, operations excellence, quality, and productivity/continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt is an asset). Experience in production planning, scheduling and capacity analysis, ERP functionality, digital manufacturing/automation/smart factory technologies, PLM, and MES is considered an asset.Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred (e.G., MBA, MS in Supply Chain).Is able to travel up to 80% of the time in Canada and the USA, and globally when required.Has experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role).Has experience with rapid assessment and building business cases in ambiguous environments.Due to the nature of the role, bilingualism in French and English is an asset.Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $90,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte benchmarks salaries across positions, industries, sectors, targets, and levels.
