Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor grounds and maintain a secure environment
• Control building access following confidentiality policies
• Verify visitors and document security concerns
• Conduct security patrols and monitor equipment
• Address resident concerns and maintain professionalism
Requirements:
• Valid Security Guard Certification
• Current First Aid/CPR Certification is preferred
• Previous experience in security or emergency response
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Must hold a valid Manitoba Driver’s license
