We are currently seeking experienced Class 1 Truck Drivers to join our team for an immediate temporary prospect. This position involves dedicated switch and local container work with consistent routes and competitive flat-rate pay. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and has previous container hauling experience.

Responsibilities

Safely complete assigned highway and local routes

Perform up to five trailer switches per shift

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Accurately complete required paperworkCommunicate with Dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and waiting time

Follow all transportation regulations and company safety policies

Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries





Qualifications

Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence

Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience

Valid driver's abstract

Valid TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) certification or willingness to obtain

Proof of SST coverage

Previous container experience is preferred

Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
