In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers while supporting administrative functions that contribute to an efficient and welcoming workplace.

A typical day:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a positive front-office experience
- Coordinate and prepare boardrooms for meetings and events
- Maintain organized filing systems and office records
- Perform accurate data entry and update internal databases as required
- Coordinate courier deliveries, pickups, and related documentation
- Monitor reception and common areas to ensure a professional appearance

Successful candidates will have:

- Previous receptionist, administrative,



or customer service experience
- Professional and welcoming demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Total rewards: $23.00 - $27.00 hourly
