Key Responsibilities: • Conduct periodic inspections of railway track assets • Assist in developing maintenance programs and schedules • Review crew efficiency in meeting project goals • Generate daily inspection reports and implement findings • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Requirements: • High School diploma plus relevant technical training • Experience with SolidTrack software considered an asset • Strong organizational and leadership abilities • Familiarity with rail regulations and safety rules • Valid Driver’s License; Class 3 license is preferred
