As a member of the Purchasing Team, you will manage the receiving of goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety standards. Your responsibilities will include labeling items, implementing FIFO practices, and maintaining a clean and organized receiving area. Effective communication with your supervisor regarding product quality is essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities: • Receive and verify all incoming goods and supplies • Accurately label and sort products as they arrive • Follow FIFO procedures for inventory control • Perform physical tasks such as lifting and sorting • Maintain cleanliness in receiving and storage areas

Requirements: • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Preferred 1-2 years experience in inventory management • Ability to lift at least 60lbs as needed • Strong organization and time management skills • Competency in basic computer tasks
