Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Excavators, Loaders, and Rock Trucks
• Manage excavation, loading, and hauling tasks
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality
• Follow site procedures and traffic plans
• Communicate effectively with spotters and crews
Requirements:
• At least 3 years operating heavy construction equipment
• Experience with mining and earthworks preferred
• Valid CSTS-09, CSTS-2020, or CSO certification
• Strong understanding of safety protocols
• Ability to work in changing outdoor conditions
