Description Toromont Cat is looking for a Compact Equipment Sales Representative to be the key point of contact between the business and our Compact Equipment customers. He/she will have a passion for sales and a proactive desire to connect with customers, identify opportunities, and deliver equipment solutions that help customers succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys owning the sales process from lead generation through delivery. Pay Type Full Time, Permanent Compensation The listed base salary is just onecomponentof our total rewards package. This role is eligible for a performance-based commission plan with target annual commission earnings of $20,000 to $50,000, resulting in a target total compensation opportunity of $90,000 to $120,000 annually.
