Senior Helpers Okanagan is hiring a Client Services Coordinator to support our caregiver team, maintain reliable schedules, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
This role is ideal for a registered HCA or experienced caregiver who thrives in a fast‑paced, logistical workplace and wants a clear path to grow into leadership.

About the Role





The Coordinator ensures continuity of care through effective scheduling , some client communication , and hands‑on caregiving support when coverage gaps arise.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily/weekly caregiver schedules and respond quickly to cancellations
- Handle client calls related to timing, logistics, and schedule updates
- Support caregivers with logistical problem‑solving
- Take light‑to‑moderate client care shifts (8–12 hrs/week) to maintain continuity
- Assist with onboarding and operational tasks
- Support community outreach as assigned; including presentations to seniors and community facilities.

What You Bring

- Registered with the BC Care Aide Registry
- 2+ years senior‑care experience
- Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
- Calm, steady professionalism
- Reliable transportation; flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
- ~23–27 office hours/week + care‑shift supplementation.
30+ hour work week.
