Based inVancouver ,B.C, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead the planning and realization of transformative healthcare environments grounded in Canadian standards while embracing a design-forward, multi-disciplinary practice culture.Our ideal candidate is both strategic and pragmatic—someone who brings a sharp eye for spatial efficiency, a deep understanding of healthcare regulations in Canada, and a passion for creating places that support healing, staff wellness, and community connection.As aSenior Healthcare Architect, you will:Lead the planning and design of hospitals, clinics, and complex healthcare environments from concept to construction.Champion design integrity and clinical planning while meeting the functional and regulatory demands of healthcare delivery in Canada.Facilitate user group meetings and integrate clinical workflow insights into productive and intuitive spatial solutions.Collaborate across disciplines—including architecture, interiors, and planning—to ensure a holistic approach to patient-centered care environments.Establish and maintain project criteria, communicate it to project teams,
