- Manage small claims litigation files
- Draft pleadings and legal correspondence
- Prepare clients for hearings

- Assist with settlement negotiations

What we're looking for

- Ontario paralegal licence
- Litigation experience
- Knowledge of Small Claims Court procedures
- Robust legal drafting skills
