Key Responsibilities: • Effectively manage a diverse customer portfolio worth $75M+ • Establish and review accounts alongside credit scoring • Document collection activities and stakeholder interactions • Engage with delinquent customers to uphold payment habits • Collaborate with sales and customer service to address disputes
