MacEwan University is seeking a Team Lead, Building Operations for the Facilities Maintenance department on the Edmonton campus. The role leads daily HVAC and plant operations, oversees maintenance teams, and ensures costs stay within approved budgets.

The ideal candidate has a 4th Class Power Engineering or Building Operator certificate, 5+ years building ops experience, and 3+ years of leadership. On‑campus role with union workplace experience is a plus.
