Key Responsibilities:
Ensure ongoing rental of vacant residential suites
Administer and process tenancy agreements
Conduct inspections prior to lease renewals
Coordinate effective move-in and move-out procedures

Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant residential leasing experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred
