You will be responsible for managing design processes and ensuring they align with business goals, all while promoting a team-oriented atmosphere. Work closely alongside the General Manager to provide technical insight and facilitate innovation in design practices.
Occasional travel to our Lethbridge location may occur.

Ensure quality and timely delivery of design projects

Requirements:
7+ years in design with 3+ years leadership experience
Proficiency in design software like Mitek and AutoCAD
