Vecima Networks Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Analyst, VBS, to deliver Tier 2 support for Video, Broadband, and PON solutions globally. You will diagnose issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions, while maintaining SLAs and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in technical support, solid troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently. Based in Saskatoon with hybrid/remote flexibility and a focus on delivering an exceptional customer
