Job Description

- Keeping accurate and thorough health-care records and reports.
- Medication administration and monitoring for adverse effects and responses.
- Prescription of assistive medical devices and treatments.
- Taking vital signs and medical information from patients.
- Medical diagnostic and clinical tests are ordered.
- Monitoring, reporting, and documenting changes in patient conditions.
- Non-intravenous drug administration.
- Working with healthcare team members to assess, implement, plan, or evaluate patient nursing care plans.
- Adapting patient health treatment programs in response to changes in patient conditions and reactions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing is required.




- Pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN).
- Current state registered nursing licensing and BLS certification are required.
- BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS accreditation.
- Capability to communicate effectively with patients, relatives, physicians, and hospital staff.
- Basic computer abilities are required.
- Professionalism combined with friendliness.
- Home health care experience.
- Experience working in an emergency room or intensive care unit.
