Responsibilities
Assist licensed massage therapists in delivering professional massage treatments to clients
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready for use
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain treatment procedures
Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment details and progress notes
Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper use of massage oils and linens
Support the team by managing appointment schedules and ensuring timely service delivery




Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to improve technical skills and client communication

Experience
Currently enrolled in an accredited massage therapy program or equivalent training
Basic knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness practices
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to qualified standards
Enthusiastic about learning new techniques and expanding your therapeutic expertise
