Key Responsibilities
Operate SMT production equipment effectively

Requirements:
High school diploma is required; Technical Diploma is a plus
Minimum of 2 years of SMT experience
Understanding of IPC-610 quality standards
Experience with Microsoft Office for documentation
Ability to apply Lean Manufacturing principles
