Key Responsibilities
Foster warm relationships with residents and families
Develop and maintain a homely welcome hub




Organize social events in collaboration with team members
Document and share resident stories appropriately
Facilitate smooth resident move-ins and support services

Requirements:
Diploma in Gerontology, Social Services, or similar
Background in long-term care or community services
Robust interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence
Familiarity with digital media tools
Vulnerable Sector Check must be current
