As the After-Hours Operations Manager, report directly to the Director of Care while ensuring staff support and effective operations during off-hours. This position involves overseeing clinical activities, leading emergency responses, and collaborating closely with team leads to maintain high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Support staffing needs and address clinical issues
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and legislation
Manage emergency responses and infection control practices

Requirements:
At least 5 years in healthcare management
Demonstrated skills in crisis management and conflict resolution
