Operate a forklift and reach truck for order picking Verify orders and proactively address any backlogs Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time customer deliveries Perform additional warehouse-related tasks as needed High school diploma (preferred) Valid forklift license with reach truck experience Experience in shipping and/or warehouse order picking (assets) Basic computer skills Comprehensive group insurance (medical, dental, life, disability) - 80% employer-paid ~13 statutory vacation days annually ~ Pension plan with employer contributions ~ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) ~ Shift Premiums: Afternoon +$1.15/hour and Night +$1.35/hour Shift Rotation: Day, afternoon, and night shifts (rotating every 2 weeks)
