Help steer a vibrant mission at Christ the King Presbyterian Church (CtK) as Assistant Pastor of Discipleship and Mission. Focus on preaching and guidance for cross-cultural discipleship. CtK seeks an ordained pastor dedicated to leading efforts in discipleship and mission during a period of growth.

This role requires someone who excels in teaching and preaching and has a heart for nurturing disciples. You will lead strategic priorities related to biblical justice and community engagement while shaping the church's vision. Key Responsibilities:
Direct church-wide training and discipleship programs
Strategically lead outreach efforts aligned with CtK's goals
Develop cross-cultural engagement strategies
Mentor and supervise ministry staff effectively
Lead community efforts toward evangelism and transformation Requirements:
Must be an ordained teaching elder in PCA or sister NAPARC denomination
Minimum of 5 years in pastoral ministry
Robust preaching and teaching capabilities are essential
Proven experience in cross-cultural ministry
