Tekshapers is seeking an experienced skilled to lead Operational Controls Testing within the Canadian banking domain. You will design assessments, execute data-driven testing, and ensure controls meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.

The role requires 5+ years in banking controls testing, familiarity with GRC tools like Archer and ServiceNow GRC, and solid communication skills in English.

Certification is preferred (CPA/CIA/CISA/CRISC/FRM).
