Duties

*EXPERIENCE IN SEAFOOD, BUYING, CUTTING, PROCESSING AND PACKING A

MUST REQUIREMENT
Prepare seafood by cleaning, filleting, and portioning according to product specifications
Operate seafood processing machinery safely and efficiently, including grinders, slicers, and packaging equipment
Ensure all products are handled in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
Package seafood products accurately for shipment, maintaining proper labeling and documentation
Conduct quality checks throughout the processing stages to identify defects or contamination




Maintain cleanliness of workstations and adhere to sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic setting
Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and recording product quantities

Qualifications
Must have experience in seafood processing (cutting in portions, packing)
Knowledge of Seafood packaging techniques and manufacturing processes is advantageous
Strong understanding of sanitation practices for Seafood safety regulations
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Willingness to learn new skills related to seafood processing and food safety protocols

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
