Your responsibilities include sourcing parts accurately and assisting technicians and customers efficiently. A commitment to an outstanding customer experience is essential, as you help maintain inventory accuracy and streamline service operations. Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries
Use electronic catalogs to identify parts requirements
Handle sales transactions and prepare necessary documents




Monitor inventory levels and process parts orders
Ensure a clean and organized parts department Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent educational background
Minimum of 5 years in a dealership parts department
Robust understanding of automotive parts and systems
