This is a critical leadership-track position, with the successful candidate expected to take over the firm’s full estimating function in the near future as a senior leader transitions toward retirement.The Opportunity:This role is ideal for a seasoned Estimator with at least10 years of experiencein the ICI construction sector, includingground-up, additions, and renovation projectsranging from $1M to $30M. The company specializes inConstruction Management (CM)delivery and requires an individual who thrives in aclient-facing role, offering value engineering and budgeting guidance from pre-construction through completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full-cycle estimating process from concept through to submissionCollaborate closely with the leadership team and project managers to develop budgets and cost strategiesLiaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing and ensure accurate takeoffsDeliver proactive value engineering insights to benefit both the internal team and clientsParticipate in client meetings,
