Alpine Macro is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our sales team based in Montreal.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide overall sales support including administrative, CR and data management and to our Americas regional sales team. This is a great chance for a recent graduate that's highly motivated, tech savvy and looking to join a fast-growing and dynamic company.

Role & Responsibilities
Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle including lead generation, trial requests, client engagement, follow ups and processing.
Track, review, and report sales team's KPIs.
Provide internal, cross-functional administrative support.
Build reports, dashboards and audit data to ensure accuracy.




Identify and implement process improvements.
Perform any other ad hoc sales and technology related tasks requested.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a relevant field.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be team player that's able to work in a quick-paced setting.
Experience with Salesforce and Pardot are preferred.
