A qualified and business owner in Guelph, Ontario is seeking a highly trustworthy, dependable and organized individual to provide part-time personal assistance and bookkeeping support.

The successful candidate will work closely with the employer and will become a trusted part of the organization of both personal and business financial affairs.

Responsibilities include
Maintaining accurate bookkeeping and financial records
Organizing invoices, receipts, expenses and supporting documentation
Assisting with bill payments and routine banking administration
Preparing organized financial information for review by the accountant
Maintaining records related to personal and business interests
Assisting with correspondence, scheduling, filing and general administrative matters
Following up on outstanding items and ensuring important tasks are completed
Communicating with accountants, bookkeepers, banks and other professional advisers when required
Providing general personal-assistant support as needs arise





An accountant will review the bookkeeping records monthly as part of the normal financial control and oversight process.

Formal accounting qualifications are welcome but are not essential if the candidate has robust practical bookkeeping experience.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 10.0 per week
