Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming customer calls and orders
Develop rapport with clients and identify upselling prospects
Source materials when not in stock
Ensure excellent service during order processing
Collaborate with team members to meet customer expectations

Requirements:
A minimum of two years in sales preferred
Relevant post-secondary education in HVAC or Hydronics preferred
Proven sales skills with customers
