Quality Assurance Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) | Banking

Toronto, ON ( can be fully remote)

3-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in Banking and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support functional, integration, and automation testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional and integration testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules, including Retail, Corporate, Sales, and Contact Center.
Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Develop and maintain automated test suites to support regression testing and release cycles.
Participate in shift-left testing activities, including requirements reviews and design discussions.
Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Support the adoption of current testing tools and techniques, including automation and AI-assisted testing approaches.
Mentor and guide junior QA team members.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience within the banking domain.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM functional testing across multiple modules.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, or similar tools.
Experience using test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum settings, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
Experience with C# for test automation.
ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Certification.
