The QA Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities to ensure products consistently meet customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. This role holds the highest independent authority for product conformity and certification, drives inspection performance to meet operational targets, and champions non-conformance, corrective action, audit, and continuous improvement processes across the organization. The QA Manager plays a critical leadership role in customer satisfaction, compliance, risk mitigation, and ongoing business improvement.
