The Burger in Toronto is seeking an energetic manager to train and coach the team to deliver ABSOLUTE service and to set transparent expectations, following up with staff regularly. You will open and close the restaurant independently (key holder), reconcile cash deposits, place orders, and manage inventory while addressing guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.

You'll also interview, hire, and build a robust team and understand food costing.
