WeConnect offers support groups for those aged 16 and older. As a facilitator, you will engage participants experiencing depression and anxiety, bettering their mental health journeys. Each facilitator undergoes essential and extensive training to effectively deliver support and encouragement. This role is available in both virtual and in-person formats.

Key Responsibilities
Co-facilitate group sessions for mental health support
Assist participants in developing coping mechanisms
Foster a secure and welcoming community workplace
Attend trainings to build facilitation skills
Submit to background checks prior to starting

Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Completion of background or police checks required
Robust foundation in mental health and counseling
Able to commit to extensive training
Experience in group facilitation preferred
