Play a critical role in the Men's Recovery Program as Addiction Services Support Staff at Adult & Teen Challenge in Thunder Bay, Canada. This full-time position focuses on providing direct supervision and structure to clients in recovery.

As part of our faith-driven team, you will help create a supportive workplace for individuals overcoming addiction. Your role will include daily interactions aimed at encouraging clients' participation in recovery activities, while also ensuring a protected and respectful residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
Provide supervision and support to clients daily
Foster accountability and participation in recovery routines

Requirements:
