Legal Counsel Lead, Corporate Commercial – Permanent Full time
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary: $137,573 to $229,292
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor legal counsel and articling students.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
Provide legal advice on commercial, procurement, privacy, and compliance matters.
Support corporate initiatives and advise senior leadership.
Assist with planning, resource management, and service improvement.
Qualifications
LL.B. or J.D. degree from a recognized law school.
Membership in positive standing with the Manitoba Bar.
Minimum eight (8) years of corporate commercial law experience.
Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
