This position operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with possible weekend shifts. As the Sanitation Lead, you'll perform essential cleaning tasks on production equipment, ensuring compliance with sanitation protocols. Familiarity with testing methods for chemical concentrations is a must.

Key Responsibilities
Execute cleaning procedures for production equipment
Complete sanitation activity reports
Manage supply inventory needs with supervisors
Understand and apply CIP/COP systems
Perform chemical concentration tests effectively

Requirements:
Industrial food sanitation experience essential
Preferred high school diploma or GED
Minimum six months in sanitation roles
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Ability to adapt to multi-shift production settings
