Just Temps is seeking an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator for a busy office-based role with a well-established manufacturer in Sudbury. You will manage customer care and warranty service requests, logging details in the CRM and coordinating with service engineers and internal colleagues to ensure timely resolution.
This full time, Monday–Friday position runs 8:30am–5:00pm. You will handle client communications, update portals, schedule appointments, maintain the service diary in Excel,
