Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day back-of-house operations. This role oversees kitchen staff, food preparation, quality, inventory, food costs, and health and safety across restaurant, banquet, and breakfast operations.

What You’ll Do
Lead, schedule, train, and support the kitchen team
Oversee daily food preparation and kitchen operations
Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
Manage inventory, ordering, food costs, and labour
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Support menu development, recipe consistency, and operational improvements
Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen environment

What You Bring
2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, or similar role
Experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment




Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and scheduling
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and remain composed under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
