Responsibilities

Working at a Tim Hortons coffee shop means staying on top of multiple tasks at once while keeping the customer experience front and centre. From the moment a customer walks in to the moment their order is ready, you'll play a direct role in making their visit a good one. Here's what you'll be doing on a typical shift:

- Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently at the counter
- Prepare, heat and finish simple food items for service
- Portion and wrap foods to meet presentation and quality standards
- Package take-out food for customers on the go
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables in a friendly, timely manner
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to keep supplies ready throughout the shift
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs as needed
