We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our team. The ideal candidate will lead our kitchen staff, help with innovative menus, hire a productive team, and ensure top-quality food production.
Duties
Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Develop and maintain menu items that meet high-quality standards
Coach and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety guidelines
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or menu changes
Experience
Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
Solid knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Certification from a culinary school or relevant field is preferred
